Shipping policy
At ZoneOrtho, getting every order to our customers is a priority. We do our best to get an order out within 48 hours of it being processed, but delays happen when we have an overload of orders on a given day or if we run short of stock.
We use Canada Post and Purolator to ship our products to America and overseas. We will choose the fastest and the cheapest company. The shipping enterprise offering deliveries under 7 working days will be prioritized. But, customers can request a specific shipping company as long as they pay the shipping bill.
For a package sent with Purolator, the delivery driver will usually leave the package at or near the front door. If you don't live in an area where that is safe, you should have your package shipped to someone who will be home to receive it. For a package sent with Canada Post, customers will receive it at the nearest service location.
