About ZoneOrtho
Preface
First of all, Zone Ortho is a family project uniting 2 brothers. Nicolas and Tommy Lemay have a passion for sports, training and health. These commons interest and their respective studies allow them to release the web site Zone Ortho.
Tommy Lemay, Orthotherapist and Webmaster
Tommy is orthotherapist and Webmaster. He’s been practicing endurance sports for 12 years. He completed 12 Marathons, 7 triathlons Ironman and 1 Triathlon Double Ironman and many long distance competitions of swimming, running and biking. Tommy finished at the 4th rank at the World Double Ironman contest wich took place at Lévis in 2008, he got the 1st rank at the Triathlon Ironman de Lévis in 2006 and in 2007 at Val-D’or.
With his personnal experience in Orthotherapy and web sites development, Tommy takes care of the technical maintenance of the web site and he also writes articles on Orthotherapy, training and body cares.
Nicolas Lemay, Body Fitness Coach and Computer technician
Nicolas is a computer technician. He’s been running and training for 5 years He joined the Canadian Forces in 2002 and stood there 6 years long. During this experience, he did many physical trainings. Nicolas is always ready to do a hard work out.
Nicolas has a good experience in web server and programming. He is in charge of the logistic and he makes sure that the family business stays on the good track.
Michel Lemay, Marketing agent
Michel Lemay is the father of Nicolas and Tommy. He’s been running for 30 years and he completed many Marathons, Triathlons, Ironmans, Double Ironmans. He also did Marathons in the desert of Tunisia and long distance swimming competitions. Michel has been working in the export/import domain for 10 years and he went many times in North Africa for business. He’s sharing his experience and knowledge in this great world of sport.
